Be Thou My Vision

Brian has crafted a creative setting of this well-known Irish tune which combines two handbell groups. The arrangement is unique, beautiful, and gives entirely fresh, new life to this beloved tune. Beginning in C-major, it modulates to A-major, then back to C-major – each modulation bringing new joy and inspiration to the listener.  It is gently rhythmic, dancing throughout with time signatures changing between 6/8 and 3/4, creating a work that is totally engaging. This music is gorgeous and perfect for any event where any combination of 3- or 5-octave groups can get together. The individual scores do not stand alone.
