The composer writes:  “Song of the Sea is a voyage through Hawaiian waters, observing the Humpback whales, playful dolphins, and Manta rays in their unparalleled beauty. The crystal clear waters exhibit a spectrum of blue hues, from the deep sapphire of the Pacific depths to the bright turquoise near the shore.”

This creative, gentle, and mesmerizing original work features a variety of sounds as one might imagine occur in a gentle, placid sea. Techniques include singing bell, TD or mallet on table, suspended bell, LV, echo on handchimes, and of course, Ring. In addition, the “Manta Ray technique’ which is performed by ringing the bell, then continues the tone with a gentle up/down wavelike motion.  This amazing work will immediately engage ringers and your audience will be enchanted by the variety of textures and flowing tones throughout. This is the perfect title to add variety and something beautiful and unique on your next concert.
